Sunday before Christmas pics.

Eleanor sat down haha:)

And they ran off. Oh well:)

Daniel invited a good friend over for Sunday dinner. Our children love her and were so excited to have her over they could hardly wait!

I came out to the living room and found this cuteness:)

To kill time on Christmas Eve we went to a park near our home. It was so fun and we way over dressed. Ha!

Daniel built this leaf "car" for Dalton and he was pleased as punch!

As I was making our traditional homemade chicken noodle soup for Christmas Eve, these guys laid on the kitchen flour to see how many squares tall they were. Good thing our floors were clean this evening!

Getting ready for our special candlelit Bethlehem dinner!

Daniel and I dressed as Mary and Joseph and the children got to ask us any questions they had. Their questions were adorable!

Christmas PJs! Our family's tradition is that we each get a gift box on Christmas Eve. Inside is a new pair of pajamas and a new movie! Dalton got Planes, Maylee got The Emperor's New Groove (which was kind of hilarious because we could tell she was disappointed...she now loves the movie!), and Eleanor got a bunch of Doc McStuffins episodes! We did our normal bedtime routine and had each child go to their beds. On their beds was a Polar Express ticket and a cup full of popcorn and chocolate! They were so excited! Instead of going to bed, we all boarded the Polar Express (our van) and drove around to look at Christmas lights while the Little Atwells ate their yummy treats:) We went by a home that had a projector in the window. It looked like Santa was in their home putting presents under the tree. That kind of worried Maylee because she thought for sure we would miss Santa coming to our home and he wouldn't leave presents since they weren't in bed! Thankfully he still showed up to our home:)

Our children each write their names on a piece of paper before going to bed on Christmas Eve and put their name wherever they want Santa to put their big toy. Dalton wanted a big blue monster truck. Santa's elves had the hardest time making a big blue monster truck. Thankfully, they figured it out! ;)

Stockings!!

Santa also left this fun tool set!

Some presents behind the tree..along with the biggest fire truck ever! Seriously, that thing is huge! Daniel and I joke that if there is ever a fire we could use the ladder on this truck to get down (we're on the third floor). Ha!

Eleanor, with some suggestion from mom and dad, put her name on the piano chair. Santa brought her a purple ballerina barbie and a matching tutu/leotard! She wears that thing everyday now:) We left out cookies, milk, and carrots for Santa and his reindeer. Santa got his snowy boot prints on our carpet! He did that last year, too:) And Maylee asked for a bow and arrow! Although she loved it and practiced on it all morning, she later told me she wished Santa brought her a real one and not a toy. We're in trouble..Ha!

Santa also brought a fun light up TeePee. It's adorable and fits our whole family! We checked:) Underneath the snowman table cloth was a present for Maylee. It was too big to wrap so we did that instead. It was a Lil' Woodzeez cottage. It's adorable and even has lights on the outside and inside that you can turn on and off!

Eleanor was up for a long time (like past midnight) on Christmas Eve! So on Christmas morning, after everyone was awake and waiting on our bed, Eleanor was like this:

So Daniel, me, Dalton, and Maylee all sat on our bed and sang Christmas songs as loud as we could. Eventually, she woke up:)

The rest of Christmas is all on video. Hopefully we'll get that on YouTube eventually. We didn't get a ton of pictures unfortunately. But we sure did enjoy ourselves!

Eleanor in her pretty ballerina outfit!

Maylee had to go put hers on:)

This is the girl that asked to be Black Panther for Halloween. She is too cool!

Dad putting the girls' makeup they got from Santa on them!

The next day, I slept in. When I woke up and got ready for the day, these cuties came in the bathroom. They were all dressed and ready for the day! I really love and am thankful for my life partner, Daniel. :)

After Christmas, the girls had quite the shelf in the bathroom:)

They got a lot of little things so we went to IKEA and got some organizing things. We got these shelves,

this behind-the-door storage for their stuffed animals,

and a container for all their dolls' little accessories.

The girls love getting all pretty in the morning!

Cute Ella:)

Pretty Maylee after a bath and ready for bed:)

Eleanor has this thing on the second she's out of bed in morning.

I love waking up to this:

While Daniel was taking a shower one morning, Maylee had me take a picture of her "christmas tree fruit snacks" to show him when he came out:)

We did some painting!

Dalton took a break to eat some corn bread:)

We love you Little Atwells!
